My week at home is over and it’s time to get back to work! I didn’t want to push my body too much after everything it went through at the Europeans. So I took time to recharge and see some doctors to get a green light for trainings. Everything seems to be good with my health now so I can start with trainings tomorrow morning. I actually have a really busy week ahead with trainings, meetings and some very exciting testing. And all of that requires high energy levels which means some things have to change..
What I mean is that last couple weeks I’ve been feeling exhausted and all the time low on energy. To be honest I’ve been kinda tired the whole summer. Every evening I got home I would just lay down on the sofa till it’s bed time. I’ve decided that this has to end. Since my body is all ready for working out it needs the appropriate fuel. Which means I will put extra effort into nutrition the next weeks to get these energy levels up again. I’ll let you know how it goes!
